Our Story
It all started around a square table in Mexico City with twelve women (most of us strangers).
Each carrying questions, doubts, and dreams. As we shared our stories, something clicked: growth isn’t a solo act, it takes community.
That spirit still guides us. Every workshop, circle, and clinic is a table where everyone belongs and has something worth giving. Our original circle still gathers every month, and from those conversations have come bold moves: new jobs, new businesses, new places to call home.
Now we’re making the table bigger. Bienvenida, this community is yours too.
Why We Exist
Today, nearly 80% of professionals can’t articulate their purpose. Yet those who do are 64% more fulfilled and 50% more likely to be promoted. We see this in boardrooms, startups, and classrooms alike.

La Tribu exists to be that spark, reminding women they already have what it takes, while giving them the tools, community, and safe space to grow.
